Community Cooperation Wales – CIC
We are delighted to share some good news for all our followers and supporters. We have this week won a two-year project from the National Lottery Community Fund to offer 20 Neurodiverse candidates to support them in Employability Skills. The project title is “Employability Skills for Neurodiverse Young People (E-Skills4NeuroDiverseYP)”.
About the project?
The main project aims are to provide Neurodiverse individuals with training, support, coaching/mentoring, and gaining an ILM Level 2 Award qualification. We focus on developing skills in presentation, problem-solving, confidence-building, leadership, soft skills, and coaching.
What impact our project will offer:
- It will give the Neurodiverse candidates the skills to overcome the lack of employability skills, and gain confidence
- It will increase confidence, understand working in a professional environment, and improve communication skills and confidence.
