Community cooperation Wales is a registered CIC in Wales; our address is 5-7 Museum Place, Cardiff, CF10 3BD. We offer support, training and a local hub for volunteers to gather.

Community cooperation Wales training company will be the processor and the controller of all the data collected from our customers.

  6. Bank details (if required)

  1. By hard copies (term and conditions, ReAct forms, Enquiry form)
  2. By emails
  3. By telephone

What is the purpose of collecting the data?

  1. As required by our quality assurance system and awarding bodies
  2. In order to perform the courses properly and to a high standard
  3. To be able to contact the candidates if required

Where do we store the data and how is it protected?

  1. In a secured lockable cabinet.
  2. Office Internal cloud system.
  3. Dropbox on-line storage system

How long do we keep their personal data?

  1. For three years
